All data saved using the INAT App and web platform is secure. The data is encrypted meaning that it is accessible only through our platform. Encryption also means that not even OUR STAFF at the company can access the data or in the worst-case scenario that a HACKER gains access, the hacker cannot make sense of the data as it is stored in encrypted format.

No. Each user can only see his/her own data and cannot access data saved by another user. Each user only has control of his own agency data and not any other data. With our staff too having no access to the data as it is stored in encrypted format, you can rest assured that only you has access to the data.

It is important to note that the App is free to use for the majority of users. The App company makes money using two methods. The first one is through subscription for those with subscription accounts and who enjoy more features and secondly, through other revenue streams such as transaction fees, commissions received, interest from our premium financing business and other in-App complementary services.

We actually do not know where you work or your phone numbers. The company founder however has utilized his own contacts in his phonebook to text and communicate to agents, as he knows many agents/brokers on a personal level, having personally interacted with them. Further, the rest have been contacted using targeted advertising companies who could be in possession of contact data. We however gain our contacts using ethical means and have no access to data held by data selling companies, data brokers or information from players in the insurance industry be it agents, brokers, insurance companies or other intermediaries.

No. As discussed earlier, nobody else has access to your data other than you. Integrity of the platform is paramount to us as a company to enable us make money from adverts. We are a technology company, not an insurance intermediary.

In case you lose your phone, chances are that you have lost your valuable data irretrievably if you had not backed up. To prevent such data loss, kindly remember to back up your data online by clicking on “Back up” switching on the mobile data or WI-FI. Once you buy a new phone, download the App once again on the Google Play store, log in with your email and password and click on restore your data and all your data is restored!
